Assoc. Prof. Emrah Kulaklı participated in “Construction Law Symposium” organized on 9th – 10th May 2022.

On the first day of this symposium, a number of topics were discussed as “Current Developments in Construction Law”, “Construction Contracts for owned-to-be flats” and “Some Problems Encountered by Contractors”. On the second day, "Profits Sharing Construction Contracts and Searching for New Models", "Arbitration in Disputes’ Resolution that Related to Construction Contracts" and "Problems Concerning to Execution in Construction Contracts" were presented as well.

Kulaklı took part in the second day of the sessions with a statement titled as “The Effect of the Cancellation of the Master Plan on the Legal Condition of the Parts of the Building Built in accordance with the License and the Evaluation of Results Regarding the Impossibility of Performance in Construction Contracts in This Context within the Framework of Judicial Decisions.”

Additionally in this symposium, alongside with the academic community, many Presidents and Members of the Supreme Court participated with their statements.
